Letter of Appeal
of the Volyn Regional Children's
Territorial Medical Center Staff
to All Medical Specialists of Ukraine

Today we are facing an extremely dangerous situation which should not be ignored by medical specialists.

Authorities brutally violated the constitutional right of Ukrainian people to vote freely by using falsification on an unprecedented scale during the Presidential elections.

On November 24, 2004 the Central Election Committee approved the protocol with the Presidential elections results ignoring numerous violations of the Ukrainian Constitution during the elections on December 21, 2004.

The Volyn Regional Children's Territorial Medical Center staff supports by a solid vote decisions of the Volyn Oblast Rada and Lutsk City Rada concerning distrust to the Central Election Committee and recognition Mr. Viktor Yushchenko as the publicly selected President of Ukraine.

Personnel of the Center addresses to work collectives of all the oblasts of Ukraine to support this appeal for the sake of the future of indivisible, sovereign and independent Ukraine.

This appeal has been accepted at the general meeting of the staff on November 25, 2004.
