1987-1997 - Chief of Medicine of the Volyn Regional Children's Clinical Hospital.
Since 1997 - General Director of the Volyn Regional Children's Territorial Medical Center.
Dr. H. Vashchylin has the high grading category in child anesthesiology and health care organization and management. He is the Honoured Physician of Ukraine.
