Sound Settings:

If you do not hear music, check the following settings:

• Check whether your speakers are properly connected and switched on .

• Check whether the volume knob on the speaker is turned up sufficiently.

• Check the Volume in the computer is turned up. You can find the volume setting in the Volume Control properties.

• To find Volume Control, go to Start --> Programs --> Accessories --> Entertainment, and it would be listed under it.

• Increase the volume on the speaker and volume in the computer to adjust how loud you want to hear.

• Note that these are music files, which are large in size and take longer time to download, and if you have a slow connection or a computer that has less speed or low ram.
